Yegna Plan
How Yegna Plan uses information
This notice explains the information used by the planning, invitation and vendor features. Only add personal information you are authorized to share.
Information you provide
Yegna Plan stores account details used for sign-in and the event, guest, invitation, booking, review and vendor information you submit. It uses this information to provide those features, deliver requested messages, and review vendor applications or reported content.
Sharing and service providers
Approved vendor profiles and published reviews are public. Published invitations can be viewed by people with their link; do not include details you want kept private. Event collaborators and booking participants receive information needed for their roles. Sign-in, message delivery and AI features use external providers: relevant sign-in details, message recipients and content, or prompts and design context are sent when you use those features.
Browser storage and your choices
Session cookies keep you signed in and a language cookie remembers your language. Unsaved public planning drafts are stored in this browser for up to seven days and can be discarded on the planning page. You can also clear them through your browser’s site-data controls. Saved account and event information is separate from browser drafts; clearing browser storage does not delete server records. Review sharing settings and remove event details you no longer want to share using the available editing controls.
