A verified-booking review means the review is linked to a booking marked completed on Yegna Plan. It is not an independent audit of the service.
Who can review
A planner with access to the event can review a completed booking. Vendors cannot review their own profiles. There is one review per vendor per event.
Rewards never depend on a positive rating
An eligible published review earns 100 points regardless of its star rating. Rewarded reviews are labeled. Available rewards depend on the reward catalog and stock; points are reversed if a review is hidden.
Keep feedback useful and respectful
Describe your experience truthfully. Do not post private information, harassment, spam or fabricated claims. Use the report action on a review to flag a problem for administrator review. Vendors can publish a response.
