Every vendor in the public directory has an approved application. Approval, booking history and customer ratings describe different things.
Application review
Approval requires an administrator to confirm identity and business-detail checks. Portfolio and document checks are required when that evidence has been submitted; not every vendor supplies those materials.
Booking history and reviews
Completed-booking counts and published ratings reflect activity recorded on Yegna Plan. Reviews require a completed booking. Reputation levels also consider completed bookings, review count and average rating; administrators can override a level.
Before you book
Approval is not a guarantee of availability or service quality. Review the portfolio, discuss your requirements and confirm the date, scope, price and cancellation arrangements directly with the vendor.
